Buyer cost for financed transaction
- Title Exam* – $200 | $175.00 for Refinance
- Closing Fee* – $250 | $200.00 for Refinance
- Binder Fee – $75
- Electronically Signing Fee – $15
- Wire Fee – $25 (if applicable)
- Overnight Fee – $20 (if applicable)
- Closing Protection Letter – $40
- Loan Policy Endorsements** – $225
Lender’s Title Insurance—subject to loan amount/must be quoted and can be charged at re-issue rate for refinance, if applicable.
**Additional Endorsements may be required by the lender.
• $34 for the 1st 2 pages of each document
• $8 per page for any additional pages
• $4 marginal fee for Assignments & Releases

- Champaign – $4 per $1,000
- Franklin – $3 per $1,000
- Greene – $2 per $1,000
- Logan – $4 per $1,000
- Miami – $2 per $1,000
- Montgomery – $3 per $1,000
- Warren – $3 per $1,000
Lender Policy* based on Loan Amount (minimum $125.00):
$4.00 per $1,000.00—up to $150,000.00
*discounted if issued with Owner’s Policy
$3.25 per $1,000.00 for $151,000.00 to $250,000.00
Owner’s Policy based on Sales Price (minimum $175.00)
$5.75 per $1,000.00—up to $150,000.00
$4.50 per $1,000.00 for $151,000.00 to $250,000.00
